Group 1 – Wednesday 17 September & Wednesday 1 October
Group 2 – Wednesday 12 November & Wednesday 26 November
Sleep experts agree that good quality sleep plays a vital role in supporting brain function and overall health and wellbeing.
But in today’s busy world, sleep often takes a backseat. With so many demands on our time, it’s easy to overlook sleep as an essential part of self-care — and it’s time to change that.
Over the course of 2 sessions we will:
- Track sleep patterns
- Explore common causes of poor sleep and how to improve it
- Share the latest research and practical tips
- Address unhelpful thoughts that keep you awake
- Introduce mindfulness and relaxation techniques
We will be running two groups before the end of the year.
This is a FREE discussion-based group limited to six participants. It’s designed for anyone feeling sleep-deprived and wanting a fresh approach to building healthy sleep habits. We’re running two groups before the end of the year.
