Our aim at Guernsey Mind is to support the people of the Bailiwick, encouraging a positive attitude towards mental health and supporting mental wellbeing for all. We don’t diagnose or provide medical guidance, but we can help you find some places for support.
All meetings are totally confidential and any personal data is stored in line with our privacy policy.

If you want to see someone at Guernsey Mind, we will arrange a meeting with one of our trained practitioners. At this initial, face-to-face meeting you can discuss in confidence what has been going on with you and together you will discuss the options for the best next steps.
Guernsey Mind is an independent mental health charity. All our services are funded through donations and private funding. We will never turn people away on the basis that they cannot afford to pay, but we would ask that clients make a financial contribution for each session where they are reasonably able to do so.
The difference from my first to my last appointment at Guernsey Mind is night and day, I feel like myself for the first time in a very long time.
