- Guernsey Mind what we...
What we do at Guernsey Mind
Guernsey Mind is a charity whose aim is to support the people of the Bailiwick, encouraging a positive attitude towards mental health and wellbeing. Anyone can access our services at Guernsey Mind – you don’t need a referral. We don’t diagnose, prescribe or provide medical guidance, but we can help you find some places for support.
We would encourage anyone who wants to talk, or is worried about someone they know, to contact us.
I have felt much improved overall and empowered in terms of finding my direction.
Thanks so much for enabling me to move on with life.

What to expect
All meetings at Guernsey Mind are confidential and any personal data is stored in line with our privacy policy. Your journey will be tailored according to your specific needs. Full details can be found in our What to Expect section.
Guernsey Mind is an independent mental health charity. All our services are funded through donations and private funding. We will never turn people away on the basis that they cannot afford to pay, but we would ask that clients make a financial contribution for each session where they are reasonably able to do so. A minimum of £15 and up to £50 is usually suggested. There are a number of ways to make a donation, and your therapist will explain these to you. As well as enabling us to continue providing services and supporting the work of Guernsey Mind, making a regular payment places a value on the service you receive.
