Present Performance

Sunday 12 February 2023 9.00am-1.00pm at Les Cotils

How does your mind influence your sports performance?

This short course will be run by Chris Robilliard. Chris is passionate about helping individuals perform at their best. His wish is to find ways to engage people in techniques that can be of benefit in all areas of our lives.

The Present Performance approach is aimed at anyone who is interested in the psychological aspects of performance – whatever your sport or discipline, whether you be a coach or an athlete.

The sessions introduce knowledge and techniques that can be explored and practiced on a day-to-day basis in our lives, creating balance between the physical and the psychological requirements of peak performance, resulting in:

  • Better focus and less mind wandering
  • More relaxed and increased enjoyment
  • Reduced levels of stress & performance anxiety
  • Boosted performance
  • Reduced injuries and better healing times
