How are we funded?

Our aim at Guernsey Mind is to support the people of the Bailiwick, encouraging a positive  attitude towards mental health and wellbeing. We are an independent mental health charity with all funds spent on delivering services locally within the Bailiwick. All of our services are funded through donations and private funding.

We appreciate any donations - please visit our Guernsey Giving page.

Walk of Hope

Sunday 2 July 2023 4am

For the third year running we are pleased to announce the date of our 2023 Walk of Hope. We are incredibly grateful to have received sponsorship this year from Gower and thank them for their support.

As with all previous years the walk will start at 4am from the Vale Castle and walkers will walk into the rising sun and finish with refreshments at the Bathing Pools. The walk is to support all those affected by suicide as well as creating much needed awareness and conversation around this important subject.

The walk was created to show that with the help and support of those around us we can give hope that even in the darkest of times there is and can be light.

Please join us. All funds raised will be used to help with ongoing community support and training.
