Christmas can be a challenging time of year for many people, and for a variety of reasons.

Financial pressures, family conflict, unrealistic expectations, missing loved ones, loneliness, and feelings of isolation are just some of the difficulties people face.

This group will run over two sessions:

Session 1 (Before Christmas)

We’ll explore strategies to help you manage the festive season, practical coping mechanisms, and the support available.

Session 2 (After New Year)

A chance to reflect on how things went and join an optional follow-up discussion.

Our focus is on remembering that we have control over how we spend the holidays—and that prioritising our wellbeing is what matters most.

This is a FREE discussion-based group limited to six participants.
