Sleep experts agree that good quality sleep plays a vital role in supporting brain function and overall health and wellbeing.

But in today’s busy world, sleep often takes a backseat. With so many demands on our time, it’s easy to overlook sleep as an essential part of self-care — and it’s time to change that.

Over the course of 2 sessions we will:

  • Track sleep patterns
  • Explore common causes of poor sleep and how to improve it
  • Share the latest research and practical tips
  • Address unhelpful thoughts that keep you awake
  • Introduce mindfulness and relaxation techniques

This is a small, discussion-based group limited to six participants. It’s designed for anyone feeling sleep-deprived and wanting a fresh approach to building healthy sleep habits.

We will be running sessions throughout the year at the Guernsey Mind Centre.
