MHFA Support

As a qualified MHFAider, you have a large number of resources available to you on the MHFA website.
The Association of Mental Health First Aiders
Join the largest community of its kind and help change how we talk about and support mental health. Connect and collaborate with others who feel proud to be creating a society where everyone’s mental health matters.
The MHFAider Support App®
The app provides you with:
- access to exclusive MHFA resources, such as documents or research
- a place to record a confidential log of conversations, which can be helpful for the person you are supporting as well as yourself. It also gives the opportunity to reflect on conversations and how they affect you
- information on where to signpost
- reminders about your own wellbeing
- regular newsletters with the latest research and mental health trends
To be able to download and access the App, you need to have completed the 2-day course after December 2022. Please ensure you are using the same email to access the app as the email you used to register for your course. If you need any further support, please contact the Customer Service team at info@mhfaengland.org.
