- Early signs that someone may be struggling or disengaged
- Why early intervention leads to better outcomes
- Practical, research informed ideas to help people thrive at work

How does it work?
WorkWell offers confidential one‑to‑one sessions with a Guernsey Mind practitioner. This begins with a one‑hour introductory session, followed by two 25‑minute follow‑up sessions.
All meetings are led by trained WorkWell practitioners and are scheduled in advance. Sessions can take place either at your workplace or at the Guernsey Mind Centre (located opposite the Fire Station).
Workplaces can purchase credits to support their teams, and Guernsey Mind will manage the allocation of these sessions. A range of packages is available, and we’ll work with you to identify the best option for your organisation.
