As a qualified MHFAider, you have various resources available through the MHFA England website, MHFA Support App, Online Learning Hub or downloading pdf documents below.

 

The MHFAider Support App®

The app provides you with access to exclusive resources, the ability to log reflective conversations, reminders about signposting and wellbeing support.

  • Download the app onto your phone.
  • Before your course you will have received an email from mhfa.england@mhfaengland.org with instructions on how to access the app.
  • Please ensure you are using the same email to access the app as the email you used to register for your course.
  • If you need any further support, please contact the Customer Service team at info@mhfaengland.org.

 

The Online Learning Hub

The Hub provides a space where you can create an account to access the MHFA® course manual, develop skills and join in MHFA webinars.

  • Create an account for the Online Learning Hub and access your manual by clicking here.
  • You will receive an email to verify your account from onlinelearninghub@mhfaengland.org. Please check your junk or spam folders if you have not received it.
  • For all future logins please bookmark and use this link to access the Online Learning Hub. https://mhfa.echo.timetoknow.com
  • Once logged in, your course manual can be found under ‘My Learning Space’ on the left-hand side.
