What’s working well at work, and what could be better?
How we experience work can make a real difference to our mental health and wellbeing.
At Guernsey Mind, we want to understand what working life is really like for people across the Bailiwick. We’re interested in the experiences that shape our wellbeing at work, from feeling valued, supported and motivated to managing pressure, workload and work-life balance.
We want to understand:
- What are people experiencing at work?
- What helps people stay well?
- What can make it difficult to get support earlier?
- What would make support easier to access?
Whether work is going well for you, you’re finding things difficult, or your experience is somewhere in between, we’d really like to hear from you.
Why your views matter
Your answers will help us build a clearer picture of working life across the Bailiwick and understand what people really need.
We’ll use what you tell us to help shape better, earlier and more accessible support, built around local needs. We’ll also share the high-level findings with organisations, helping employers better understand what can support people to stay well and engaged at work.
