A social and supportive space open to anyone needing support. Various activities planned which you can join in with if you choose.

Art Group

Mondays 10am-12pm at Guernsey Mind Centre (opposite the Fire Station)

A welcoming, creative space to explore different art techniques and projects – painting, drawing, crafts, or simply sit, relax, and colour at your own pace.
 
No pressure, no experience needed – all abilities welcome.
 
An opportunity to chat and share how you’re feeling (if you want to) in a supportive, judgement-free atmosphere.
